How to enable and disable apps on android based smartphones

For disable app - step 1,
go to settings of your smartphone
for settings - check app list or notification area of smartphone
for settings option with symbol or icon
step 2, look for "applications" option in settings
also search for it (settings), if search option is available
note - settings might look different it depends on smart phone's user interface U I
then select 'application manager' option or any other option if showing on screen
then choose app which you want to disable
and upper portion of screen might be some options are coming
all apps, enable, disable, more and other options, so check that
step 3, after select a (an) app
select 'force stop' option
then select 'disable' option
so your app will be disable on android based smartphone
for enable app, step 1
go to settings of your android based smart phone
step 2, in settings look for applications option
or search it, if search option is available
after application option then select application manager
step 3, look for app - which you want to enable
before that also check above portion of screen
some option might coming all apps, enable, disable, more so check those option if if showing
step 4, select an app which you have already disabled
after that select 'enable' option which is showing on screen
